Job summary

Relogistics is hiring a Pallet Sorter at our Katy, TX facility to hand sort pallets and maintain safety and cleanliness. The role supports our large North American pallet management operation and requires attention to detail and steady activity during the 6:00am–2:30pm shift.

You will stack, load and unload pallets, use yard management systems for trailer moves, complete paperwork, and communicate with the Shift Lead on site.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills needed.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights.
• Load and unload materials from trailers by hand.
• Move pallets, or materials on pallets or in crates, around the distribution center.
• Check loads to make sure they are secure.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Coordinate trailers moves within yard management system.
• Accurately complete production paperwork to track progress.
• Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager regularly.
