Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a Pallet Sorter in New Albany, MS to hand sort pallets in a fast-moving distribution facility. You’ll focus on safety, cleanliness, and efficient pallet handling during the 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM shift, Monday through Thursday, with hourly pay of $15.00.

You will load and unload by hand, stack pallets, move materials around the center, verify loads, and complete production paperwork. Strong communication and the ability to work overtime are required.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills needed.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights.
• Load and unload materials from trailers by hand.
• Move pallets, or materials on pallets or in crates, around the distribution center.
• Check loads to make sure they are secure.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Coordinate trailers moves within yard management system.
• Accurately complete production paperwork to track progress.
• Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager regularly.
