Relogistics in Monroe, OH is seeking a Pallet Sorter to hand sort pallets in a distribution facility, maintaining safety and cleanliness while staying active.

The role offers hourly pay of $19.00 and shifts Mon-Thu 6:00 AM–4:30 PM and Thu-Sun 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, with opportunities for overtime.

Responsibilities include stacking pallets, loading/unloading, moving materials, checking loads, and documenting progress, with strong communication required.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights.
• Load and unload materials from trailers by hand.
• Move pallets, or materials on pallets or in crates, around the distribution center.
• Check loads to make sure they are secure.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Coordinate trailers moves within yard management system.
• Accurately complete production paperwork to track progress.
• Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager regularly.
