Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a Pallet Sorter in Sealy, TX to hand sort pallets in a busy distribution facility. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and keeping up with production pace in a high-activity environment.

You'll stack pallets, load and unload materials, and move items while ensuring loads are secure and paperwork is accurate. Overtime may be required; strong communication is essential to coordinate with leads and the on-site manager.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights.
• Load and unload materials from trailers by hand.
• Move pallets, or materials on pallets or in crates, around the distribution center.
• Check loads to make sure they are secure.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Coordinate trailers moves within yard management system.
• Accurately complete production paperwork to track progress.
• Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager regularly.
