Job summary

Hire Up Staffing Services in Lancaster, TX is seeking dependable Pallet Sorters to join a busy warehouse operation. Shifts: 1st 4:00 AM–3:00 PM; 2nd 3:00 PM–1:00 AM. Pay is $18.50 per hour.

You’ll hand-sort pallets, remove debris, load/unload from trailers, move items, inspect quality, ensure secure loads, and complete production paperwork. Ideal candidates are reliable, physically capable, with basic math and computer skills, and able to work overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced warehouse environments preferred.
• Ability to lift 35–75 lbs repeatedly.
• Basic math, reading, writing and computer skills.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Hand-sort and stack pallets per grade and standards.
• Remove trash and damaged materials from pallets.

Hire Up Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking Pallet Sorters to join a busy warehouse operation in Lancaster, TX.

Shift Options: 1st Shift: 4:00 AM – 3:00 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Pay: $18.50

What You’ll Do

• Hand-sort and stack pallets according to grade and company standards
• Remove trash, debris, and damaged materials from pallets
• Load and unload materials from trailers by hand
• Move pallets and materials throughout the warehouse and storage areas
• Stack pallets to appropriate heights while following inventory instructions
• Inspect pallets and products for quality and proper condition
• Ensure loads are properly secured
• Complete production paperwork accurately
• Use yard management systems to help coordinate trailer movements
• Communicate with the Shift Lead and On‑Site Manager regarding production and safety
• Maintain required production and efficiency standards
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and standards
• Work overtime when required
