48forty Solutions in Pittsburg, PA is seeking a Saw Shop Operator to set up and operate power saws for slotting, cutting, and trimming wood for pallets. You will be part of our pallet production team and contribute to quality results.

The role requires a 1st shift: Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:15pm, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong attention to safety and efficiency. Competitive hourly pay plus benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Prior lumber/warehouse/construction experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate power saws to cut and trim wood pallets.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Communicate with plant management regularly.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
