Job Description

We are seeking a Pallet Repair Operator to join our Wilmington, MA team. This role involves operating power tools, repairing and assembling pallets, and performing basic maintenance tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Use a pneumatic nail gun to repair or assemble pallets.
• Place pallets on the repair table, remove defective boards, replace with new boards, and nail the replaced boards into place.
• In the assembly department, take stock boards and nail together based on the type of pallet desired.
• Troubleshoot jams and perform basic maintenance on the saw.
• Stand for long periods and lift pallets weighing 50–75 lbs.
• Operate nail guns with extreme care, following all safety procedures.
