Job summary

Essential duties include pallet preparation, performing pallet jack pre-checks, maintaining safe operations, and assisting in staging and loading Bell and Evans products for shipment. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and 6–12 months experience with pallet jacks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• 6–12 months experience operating a pallet jack preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds regularly.
• Effective communication with supervisors and team members.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from supervisor to keep product on the floor for production needs.
• Prepares pallets for handling items appropriately and be able to create combo Bins.
• Perform pre-checks of the pallet jack to ensure that it is in proper working order.
• Always Utilize Safe Practice habits when operating the pallet jack.
• Take a proactive role in assuring safe, quality products are produced by immediately addressing any safety or quality concerns.
