Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 6 months warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift and pallet jack certification preferred.
• Knowledge of safe lifting procedures and food safety guidelines.
• Able to build pallets quickly, accurately and safely.
• Operate forklift and/or pallet jack in tight areas; read English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Hand-build pallets and load product onto trailers per standards.
• Read pick sheets and navigate to warehouse locations using pallet jack.
• Label products and place on pallets; load pallets on trucks.
• Follow food safety procedures and maintain clean, safe warehouse.
• Complete paperwork and use wearable computer for productivity reporting.
• Communicate issues to management; work overtime as needed.
