Job summary

The Archway Careers is seeking a qualified PAIP facilitator in Arlington, TX. The role involves co-facilitating group sessions weekly using the DAIP model and documenting facilitation notes promptly.

You will monitor client participation, escalate concerns, and communicate with referral sources and DVHRT as needed. The position requires a Bachelor's in Social Work or related field, with a Master’s preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
• Master's Degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical intervention, social work theory and ethics.
• Experience in and knowledge of family violence theory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Co-facilitates a minimum of four 2-hour PAIP group sessions weekly using the DAIP model.
• Generates and documents group facilitation notes within three days of a session.
• Monitors and documents client participation and communicates concerns to program leadership and DVHRT as applicable.
• Attends mandatory trainings and maintains ongoing continuing education as required.
