Standard Iron Alexandria is hiring a Paint, Wash, and Assembly Worker for entry-level candidates. No previous experience required—we provide comprehensive training.

You will handle painting, washing and assembling components in a fast-paced, team‑oriented production space, with a focus on quality and safety. We offer competitive pay ($22/hour) with health, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus a 401(k) with employer match.

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 4:30pm - 3:00am - 15% Shift differential
• Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday 6:00am - 6:30pm - 20% Shift differential

Your Role:

• Painting, Washing, & Assembly: Working with different parts to prepare and assemble finished products.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Staying on top of tasks in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.
• Independent Work: Being a self-starter who can handle tasks with minimal supervision.
• Physical Stamina: Lifting up to 50 pounds as part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Entry Level Welcome: No prior experience is required-we will provide training!
