Job summary

Greystar is seeking a painter to prepare apartments for move-in by painting interiors and exteriors and supporting the maintenance team with service requests. The role involves scheduling work orders, keeping areas tidy, managing supplies, and assisting with vendor coordination and bids.

• Ensures all work areas are neat, clean and orderly after painting or when work orders have otherwise been completed.
• Ensures maintenance supplies are in stock and, at direction from supervisor, orders supplies while staying within planned budget.
• Assists supervisor with scheduling and communicating with vendors and contractors and may assist in obtaining bids from outside contractors as well as oversee contractor work.
• Accurately prepares and submits property invoices in accordance with established guidelines.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Painter is responsible for painting the interior and exterior areas of the property. This position is also responsible for ensuring apartments are painted and made ready for move-in, as well as assisting the maintenance team with service requests as needed.

The hourly range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00.

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

• Corporate Positions:Inadditionto the base salary, this role may be eligible to participateina quarterly or annual bonus program based onindividual and company performance.
• Onsite Property Positions:Inadditionto the base salary, this role may be eligible to participatein weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
