Job summary

Higgins Coatings in Newcastle is seeking trade qualified commercial painters to join our Newcastle branch on a full-time permanent basis, with a steady pipeline of regional projects.

Work hours are typically Monday to Friday 7am–3pm, with travel as required. We provide above-market rates, weekly pay, uniforms and PPE, a strong safety culture and training opportunities to develop your skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial painting is desirable.
• Construction Induction Card is a must.
• Willing to go through a Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Join the Newcastle branch on a full-time permanent basis.

• Occasional after-hours work based on client requirements.

Calling out to trade qualified commercial painters to work in Newcastle.

We are a proud family-owned business, with a national presence, operating for 75 years' leading the commercial painting industry. Our business offers painting maintenance solutions to major projects across the country, varying from heritage listed buildings to schools and aged care facilities.

Due to growth we are looking for Trade Qualified Painters to join our Newcastle branch. We have a large pipeline of ongoing work across the region for qualified Tradespersons to join our teams on a full‑time permanent basis.

Reporting to the Project Manager – your new role will offer you:
