Are you an experienced Painter / Maintenance Worker who is looking for a new position? Your perfect opportunity awaits at Chicago Behavioral Hospital!

The Painter / Maintenance Worker performs a variety of tasks, with a strong focus on painting. Duties may also include carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, testing and inspections of physical plant equipment, preventive maintenance, and various janitorial duties, with minimal supervision.

Your Experience Matters What We’re Looking For

• Education & Licensure: High school graduate or equivalent preferred; two years of technical or trade school preferred.
• Experience: Must have experience operating various hand/power tools and equipment ensuring proper safety precautions preferred. Must experience in the area of building maintenance and basic mechanical engineering preferred.

Compensation
