Job summary

The Oaks Club is seeking a full-time Painter/Maintenance Technician to join its team. You will paint walls, finish surfaces, repair basic plumbing and electrical up to 220 volts, power wash, and maintain club facilities to deliver exceptional service to members and guests.

This role requires 3–4 years of professional painting and maintenance experience, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, strong attention to detail, and solid communication.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional painting and general maintenance experience.
• Able to complete painting and maintenance projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors/outdoors in varying weather.
