Job summary

Generac Power Systems Inc. is seeking a Paint Support I/II to safely assist paint operations in our facility. You will load and unload raw parts, follow established procedures, and maintain a clean, organized work area to support production goals.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and some experience with powder paint systems. The role requires physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience with powder paint systems preferred.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds occasionally.

• Comply with company/site safety rules and maintain a clean work environment.
• Efficiently load (hang) and unload raw parts from the paint line.
