Dover Food Retail (DFR) is seeking a Painter I for the 3rd shift in South Chesterfield, VA. This onsite role involves coating surfaces of manufactured parts and finished products using paints and coatings.

Training is provided for an entry-level position and advancement is possible within the manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include setting up painting equipment, applying coatings, and maintaining quality control throughout the process.

Cleaning, sanding, and/or masking surface to be painted. Selecting and mixing coating material. Monitoring painting system control panels and inspecting individual items to verify quality.
