Job summary

Hyatt Regency Lost Pines is seeking an experienced Painter to maintain and enhance our resort property. The role covers painting and finishing across guest-facing areas, back-of-house spaces, and facilities, with outdoor work across resort grounds.

You will prep surfaces, apply coatings, and assist with renovations, ensuring safety and Hyatt quality. Weekend/holiday availability and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4–6 years of experience in commercial, hospitality, residential, or industrial painting preferred.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and surface preparation.
• Experience in drywall repairs, texture and finishing
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Weekends and holiday availability is required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work heights in excess of 15 feet.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a hotel/service industry is an asset
