Colorful Concepts Painting is hiring a Painter / Field Applicator to work on residential and commercial projects across Minnesota. You will prepare surfaces, apply high-quality finishes, and help protect spaces during work. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and pride in craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Previous painting experience preferred.
• Ability to work on ladders and at heights.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces and protect areas before painting.
• Apply paint and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with team to complete projects on schedule.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
