PostedPM, a division of Posted Companies, is seeking dependable professionals for a full-time, nationwide travel painter role. You will perform interior and exterior painting at client sites across the country, with extensive overnight travel and paid training.

The position includes per diem, travel expenses covered, and overtime potential. Candidates must be willing to travel 100%, lift up to 75 lbs, pass background checks, and meet insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel overnight nationwide (100%)
• Minimum age 25 (insurance requirement)
• Valid state driver’s license (subject to continuous review)
• Experience towing trailers up to 15,000 lbs
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all weather
• Ability to safely work on ladders (weight under 275 lbs)
• Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
• Travel up to 2 weeks at a time
• Willingness to assist with tasks beyond painting as needed

Responsibilities

• Support additional services such as pressure washing and HVAC cleaning
• Assist with site supervision, furniture removal, and installation
• Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements
• Prioritize customer needs while managing workload independently

Compensation & Benefits

• $22–$27/hour(based on experience)
• $59 per diem for every overnight travel day

Position Overview

As a Painter, you’ll support commercial painting and related field services within and outside of the Massachusetts market, with extensive overnight travel nationwide. Once trained, you’ll work independently while representing the company professionally at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exteriorcommercial painting projects

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years Commercial painting experience
• Construction or general maintenance experience
• Pressure washing experience

• OSHA 10 certification (preferred, not required)

• Nationwide travel (100% on the road)

• Indoor and outdoor work in varying conditions
• Work location: On the road
• Typical work week: 40–50 hours; work hours may vary based on project and customer needs and may include nights and weekends
