Job summary

The Crescent in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Painter to maintain cosmetic and safety standards in a skilled nursing facility. You will mix and apply paint, perform touchups, and handle drywall repairs, texture work, and sanding to prepare surfaces for finishes.

Responsibilities include coordinating large painting projects for the facility while ensuring a clean, safe environment for residents and staff. Prior painting experience is required; healthcare setting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Painting experience is required.
• Experience in long-term care or healthcare setting preferred but not required.

Job Summary

The Painter position is Responsible for mixing, matching, and applying paint to various surfaces, completing touchups, drywall repairs to include tape and bedding, application of texture, sanding and paint. Painter is responsible for facilitating and coordinating large painting projects for the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Painting experience required
• Experience working in a long-term care or related health care setting is preferred, but not required,
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
• Responsible for assuring patient/resident safety.
• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.
