Job summary

Nouria Energy Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled painting technician to service retail locations. You will prepare surfaces, apply paints and coatings, repair drywall, and maintain tools and safety standards on-site.

Travel to multiple store locations will be required as part of the maintenance schedule, with attention to detail and independent work ethic emphasized. The role offers a competitive hourly wage based on experience, with benefits typical for field technicians, including potential

Qualifications

• 3+ years of painting experience (residential, commercial, or retail environments).
• Sharp eye for detail.
• Proficient with brush, roller, and spray-painting techniques.
• Surface preparation and high-detail finish work, including drywall repair and cutting in.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation/ willingness to travel throughout our footprint.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, and priming as necessary.
• Repair drywall as needed.
• Apply paint, stain, and coatings using rollers, brushes, and spray equipment.
• Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards while on-site.
• Travel to multiple store locations across our network based on the maintenance schedule.
• Communicate with store managers and facility coordinators to ensure minimal disruption to store operations.
• Complete all assigned work orders timely and accurately.
