Job summary

ResourceMFG is seeking an experienced Painter for a 2nd shift position at our manufacturing facility in Randleman, NC. The role focuses on automotive paint, surface prep, and applying coatings with spray equipment, ensuring high-quality finishes.

The ideal candidate has prior automotive paint experience, demonstrates attention to detail, and can maintain safety and efficiency during the 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM shift, Monday to Friday. Pay is $21.00 per hour with consistent attendance required.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive paint experience required.
• Experience operating spray painting equipment.
• Knowledge of paint preparation and application techniques.

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
