Xcite Automotive seeks an experienced Automotive Painter in Orlando to deliver retail-ready finishes on new and used vehicles. You will perform refinishing from prep to final clear coat, meeting daily throughput and quality standards in a production-driven environment.

Responsibilities include color matching, blending, and applying primers and coats using paint booths, HVLP guns, sanding, masking, and prep techniques. Safety and environmental guidelines must be followed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional automotive painting experience.
• Experience in a dealership, collision repair shop, or reconditioning center.
• Ability to meet daily production goals without sacrificing quality.
