Job summary

Princeton Management is seeking a maintenance/painting professional in Michigan to provide residents and property support on site. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to handle service requests in occupied apartments.

Responsibilities include painting, prioritizing tasks, reporting issues to management, and occasional overtime. Lifting up to 50 lbs and ladder work are required, with opportunities for career advancement within the company.

Requirements
