The role also includes inspecting finished parts, performing touch-ups and corrections, maintaining painting equipment and the paint booth, and ensuring that all work meets TMI’s quality and safety standards. **Responsibilities*** Prepare all the necessary material required before painting* Spray paint using spay guns and allowing setting and drying times between subsequent layers* Visually compare the work done with specifications and make the necessary corrections* Inspect painted parts and make corrections as required* Ensures compliance with quality standards* Store and clean tools, hardware, and workstation* Allow painted surfaces to dry and makes the necessary touch-ups* Regularly maintenance of spray guns, paint booth and equipment* Apply polyurethane foam in the floors of HVAC units* Perform duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations* May be called upon to work on other equipment, depending on the needs of production* Performs any other related duties as required by immediate supervisor* Other responsibilities as assigned **Qualifications****Education:** High School Diploma**Experience:** Three (3) years or more relevant experience in liquid painting**Computer Skills:** None required**Certificates & Licenses:** None required* Have relevant experience in the manufacturing field.
