Alliance Machine Systems International, LLC is seeking a reliable Painter to prepare and finish metal parts. Under general supervision, you will apply primers and paints according to AMSI and customer specifications, inspect finishes, and help maintain clean, organized work areas.
You should read basic drawings, work safely, and assist higher level painters. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with preferred coursework in hydraulic-mechanical assembly or troubleshooting.

POSITION SUMMARY Under general supervision, the Painter cleans, prepares, and paints parts using specified procedures and techniques. Inspects incoming parts for flaws or lack of finish and notifies supervisor of exceptions.
· High school diploma or equivalent. Military, trade school or community college coursework in hydraulic-mechanical assembly, repair, and troubleshooting desired.
This position requires a high level of physical flexibility, strength, and stamina, including the ability to: see and assess drawings, photos, and written instructions; audibly hear verbal instructions and mechanical signals (forklifts, cranes, machine alarms, etc.); and speak, read, write, and communicate effectively. To successfully perform the essential functions of this job, an individual must be willing and able to have full range of body movement: head, neck, shoulders; lift arms overhead; work overhead; reach, lift, push/pull, walk, climb, kneel, bend; good dexterity and range of movement in fingers, hands and wrists. sit for at least three hours. stand on feet for at least three hours. repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds. maintain confidence and balance while working on ladders up to 12 feet tall.
