Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by blasting, sanding, scraping and washing.
• Mix paint and materials to achieve desired color and texture.
• Apply paint, varnish, shellac, enamel or other finishes to equipment or structures.
• Inspect painted surfaces for defects and repair as needed.
• Operate and maintain painting equipment and tools.
• Follow safety regulations when handling hazardous materials.
• Clean up after painting projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prepare surfaces for painting by sand blasting, sanding, scraping and washing.
• Mix paint and other materials to create the desired color and texture.
• Apply paint, varnish, shellac, enamel, or other finishes to equipment or structures.
• Inspect painted surfaces for defects and make necessary repairs.
• Operate and maintain painting equipment and tools.
• Follow safety regulations when using hazardous materials.
• Clean up after painting projects.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Schedule

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

Experience

• Auto painting (preferred). Different types of Equipment painting is a necessity.

License/Certification

• Driver’s license (required)

Ability to commute/relocate
