Job summary

Great Plains Manufacturing in Ellsworth, KS seeks a 1st Shift Paint Line Person to operate paint lines and prep parts for finishing. The role is full-time and requires working Monday-Thursday 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with overtime on Fridays.

You will load lines, identify parts, inspect finished items, and pack them for delivery to customers, ensuring inventory accuracy and quality throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Load paint lines safely to maximum capacity per the Daily Production Requirements list
• Learn all aspects of prepping unfinished parts for final topcoat
• Download painted parts safely & ensure correct part identification and delivery to correct location to maintain inventory accuracy
• Inspect painted parts at the unload station for any quality defects
• Appropriately pack painted parts to ensure arrival to customer in good condition
