Chase Doors is seeking an experienced Painter for our HMF Express Elk Grove, IL facility. You will collaborate with Area Leads and the Production Supervisor to meet department standards and production schedules, handling tasks from prep to final finishing.

The role requires skilled paint application and adherence to SOP, quality and safety practices. Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines is essential.

Qualifications

• Able to learn new tasks quickly.
• 1 year of industrial or auto body painting experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with SOP, quality and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Review and comprehend project specifications.
• Inspect prep and manage paint loading/unloading to ensure color and finish tolerances.
• Track paint and supplies inventory and alert Lead when replenishment is needed.
• Perform quality assurance checks throughout painting process.

Overview

We are searching for an experienced Painter at our HMF Express Elk Grove, IL facility.

The candidate will collaborate closely with Area Leads and the Production Supervisor to ensure department standards and production schedules are met. This role requires skilled paint application work, from preparation to the final finishing stages.

Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30pm; $19-$20/hour

Responsibilities

• Review and comprehend project specifications.
• Inspect for final prep and manage the loading and unloading of paint and supplies, ensuring color and finish tolerances are met.
• Keep track of paint and supply inventories, and alert the Lead when replenishment is needed.
• Perform quality assurance checks throughout the painting process.
