The Painter is responsible for interior and exterior painting and drywall texture repairs. This position helps keep the property looking clean, fresh, and well-maintained by completing high-quality paint work and drywall touch-ups in apartments and common areas.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Painting and Surface Preparation
- Perform professional interior and exterior painting of apartment units, common areas, and building exteriors.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, taping, caulking, priming, and repairing minor imperfections.
- Match existing paint colors and finishes for touch-up work.
- Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers to achieve even, durable coverage.
Drywall and Texture Repairs
- Perform drywall repairs, including patching, taping, and texturing to match existing surfaces.
- Blend textures seamlessly on walls and for a consistent appearance.
- Ensure all repaired surfaces are properly prepped for painting.
Quality Control and Maintenance
- Conduct final inspections to ensure surfaces meet company quality standards.
- Maintain painting tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Follow all safety protocols and immediately report any hazards or maintenance concerns.
