Including (not limited to) preparation (pressure wash cleaning, sanding, masking, rolling, etc.) and coatings application(brush, roll, spray) with epoxies and urethanes.Preferred Qualifications:High school diploma (or GED equivalent)Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with teams, vendors, and personnel.Positive, “can-do” attitude with strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.Effective time-management skills and demonstrated ethical behavior.Physical RequirementsMust be able to stand, walk, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs, and full body movement (e.g., climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching).Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are required to safely operate welding equipment and hand tools.Visual acuity is necessary to read blueprints, measure components, and inspect welds for quality and accuracy.Must be able to tolerate exposure to varying temperatures, dust, noise, andfabrication shop conditions.Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including weldinghood, gloves, steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection.Our Benefits:At NGSG, we take care of our people.
