Qualifications & Skills

• Professional painter/craftsman with experience in plumbing, carpentry, tile, and electrical.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and quickly resolve problems.
• Excellent communication skills with management, office personnel, customers, and suppliers.
• Presentable appearance, decent vehicle, organized tools.
• Independent thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.

• Candidate must be punctual, efficient, and committed to customer satisfaction.
