Responsibilities

• Prepare and paint interior surfaces, including walls, woodwork, and fixtures.
• Perform surface preparation, including patching holes, taping, and sanding.
• Repair, install, and finish drywall, including mudding, sanding, and texturing.
• Select and apply appropriate paints and finishes for different surfaces.
• Protect flooring, cabinetry, appliances, and fixtures while completing painting projects.
• Inspect residential units to identify damage and necessary repairs.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas, tools, and vehicles while following safety procedures.
• Complete assigned work orders within required timelines.
• Interact professionally with residents and assist with general maintenance or custodial duties as needed.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, kneeling, and working in various weather conditions.
