Job summary

Damotech is seeking a production assistant to support powder coating operations on site in Missouri. You will help prepare surfaces, load and unload products, and monitor coating coverage under the guidance of experienced staff.

The role emphasizes teamwork, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift and move objects as needed, with a focus on maintaining a clean, organized work area and adapting to new tasks.
