Job summary

BMW Manufacturing Co., LLC in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a student intern/Co-op for a January 11th – May 14th, 2027 term. You will support Paint Shop training initiatives, join the digitalization team, and contribute to the growth of the plant's training process.

Responsibilities include developing tools for reporting and planning (Excel, Apex, Power BI), creating and teaching courses, planning training equipment projects, and maintaining reporting systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA 3.0 (not necessarily in major).
• Enrolled student status at an accredited US four-year college or university.
• Completed at least 30 credits by time of application.
• Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
• Transfer students must have GPA from current university.
• MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.
• Complete and pass a substance abuse test before work term.

Responsibilities

• Developing tools for reporting and planning (Excel, Apex, Power BI, or others).
• Plan projects related to technical training equipment/processes.
• Reporting of technical trainings.
• Further development of reporting tools (Oracle/SharePoint).
• Maintenance of reporting systems.
• Assist TCT in new class development and planning.
