Job summary

Pace Industries, LLC is seeking a Paint Shop Robot Assistant to help run, monitor, and maintain automated painting systems. Responsibilities include part preparation, quality inspection, and routine maintenance to ensure high-quality finishes.

The ideal candidate will have two years of industrial spray painting experience and strong communication skills. The role requires physical activity, including moving equipment and adhering to safety protocols.

Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour with benefits including medical insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Two years of industrial spray painting or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Obtain paint specified for the job from the paint inventory.
• Mix paint with appropriate thinner for spraying viscosity.
• Mix two-part urethane paint and reducer.
• Spray paint parts to specifications.
• Inspect parts for compliance with specifications.
• Pour surplus paint for hazardous waste collection.
• Replace filters and clean spray booth as required.
• Move materials and perform housekeeping.
