AriensCo is hiring a Production Trainer in our Paint department on 1st shift at our Brillion, WI location. You will play a key part in training and supporting team members within the department. Pay starts at $24.00/hour with a $4,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Capable of performing multiple assembly stations/processes adhering to standard work.
• Strong Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Core Values and review with new employees.
• Review policies and procedures with new employees.
• Train using TWI Job Instruction and evaluate trainee performance.
• Monitor metrics and coordinate training schedules with Team Leaders.
• Manage training materials and 6S efforts in Training Cell.
• Assist team members to meet daily production goals.
• Troubleshoot safety, quality and productivity issues as a team.
