Job summary

Crash Champions in Wisconsin's Slinger area is seeking a Paint Technician to prep surfaces, assist painters, and help keep projects on schedule. You will work with the paint team to ensure timely delivery and quality finishes.

Experience in vehicle paint and a preference for ICAR certification, plus the ability to follow directions and work well with others, are highly valued. Competitive benefits and a structured pay plan accompany a commission/flag rate structure.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in vehicle paint process.
• ICAR certifications preferred.
• Ability to receive directions and work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicle surfaces and assist painters in the paint process.
• Assist in pre-paint blending and keep vehicles on track for delivery.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble spray equipment for maintenance.
• Buff and wax finished paintwork and ensure quality finishes.
• Adhere to safety and background checks as required.
