Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Refinish Prepper in Las Vegas, NV. The role focuses on surface preparation, masking, priming, basecoat and clearcoat application to restore vehicles after collisions.

The ideal candidate will handle anti-corrosion treatment prep, material mixing and follow insurance guidelines to ensure a pre-accident condition is achieved with precision and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto body refinishing and surface preparation.
• Ability to apply primers, sealers, basecoats, colour coats and clear coats.
• Familiarity with quality control and insurance guidelines for refinishing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for refinishing and ensure quality results.
• Mask, sand, prime and apply coatings per standards.
• Evaluate bodywork to ensure a high-quality paint job.
• Collaborate with team to meet turnaround goals.

In the event that total compensation in a pay period is less than minimum wage, clocked hours will be calculated with a guarantee of applicable local or state minimum wage, whichever is greater.Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.Supplemental Pay:This position may also be eligible for Bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.
