Responsibilities

• Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, and cleaning
• Remove old caulking and apply new caulking as needed before painting
• Operate painting and paint preparation equipment according to work instructions
• Assist with taping, masking, and surface preparation activities
• Follow strict company and regulatory safety procedures at all times
• Inspect surfaces and completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
