Qualifications

• Experience in an automotive body shop or related field is essential.
• Proficiency in cleaning, sanding, and preparing vehicle surfaces for painting.
• Ability to identify and address issues with paint application or surface preparation.
• Understanding of various paint types, primers, fillers, and their proper application techniques.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the position, including walking, bending, crouching, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
