Qualifications

• Experience in painting, cleaning, or general labor is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
• Comfortable working at heights on ladders and scaffolding.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions from supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Assist painters with surface preparation (sanding, scraping, priming).
• Apply paint, stains, and coatings to interior and exterior surfaces as directed.
• Perform general cleaning duties on job sites before, during, and after project completion.
• Clean and maintain tools, brushes, rollers, and equipment after use.
• Remove debris and organize work areas to keep sites safe.
• Support crew members with carrying supplies and staging materials.
• Follow safety protocols on all job sites.
