Job summary

Thatcher's Ace Hardware in Oregon is seeking an outgoing Paint Department Manager to lead the team, assist customers, and keep projects moving in a fast-paced, community-focused store. You will supervise staff, order products for the department, and build relationships with customers and contractors to grow sales while ensuring a great customer experience.

Job description

We are seeking an outgoing, friendly, and helpful team member to manage our Paint Department. Previous experience in a paint department is preferred.

What to expect:

• You will work directly with customers welcoming them and helping them find everything necessary to complete their project in one trip.

• You will assist in supervising employees working in your department

• You’ll be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours).
• You must lift up to 50 lbs.
