Job summary

Thatcher's Ace Hardware in Baker City, Oregon is seeking an outgoing team member to manage our Paint Department, the store's top Benjamin Moore sales in the state. Previous paint department experience is preferred and you will help lead the department in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

You will greet customers, build relationships with homeowners and contractors, place orders, supervise staff, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Previous experience in a paint department is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Develop and grow sales by building customer/contractor relationships.
• Order products for the department and supervise staff.
