• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-speed or manufacturing environment, preferably in an assembly role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions, safety information, and training materials in English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Reliable team player with clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting in accordance with established specifications.
• Operate paint line equipment to support efficient, high-quality production.
• Apply paint to products following defined quality and finish requirements.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and specification standards are met.
