Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hang fabricated parts on the conveyor line per specs and prep parts for painting.
• Remove debris from parts prior to hanging.
• Determine best hanging methods to maximize paint quality and load density.
• Inspect hooks for wear and perform safety checks on equipment.
• Inspect coated items for paint coverage and thickness.
• Perform washer preventive maintenance tasks.
• Clean and maintain the work area and equipment.
• Assist and train others to hang parts on the paint line.
