Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months' previous work experience in manufacturing, general labor, or paint line work highly preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs; follow safety protocols.
• Ability to fluently speak, read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Prepping, loading, unloading, and inspecting metal parts during painting.
• Ensure parts are properly prepped and placed on conveyor line and inspected for quality.
• Identify defects and perform basic touch-ups and rework.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow safety protocols.
• Adhere to standard specifications and work instructions.
