Job summary

BASX, located in Redmond, Oregon, seeks a Paint Department Operator to support production in a fast-paced HVAC manufacturing environment. You will participate in powder coating operations, set up equipment, and help maintain quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in paint department operations.
• Ability to support production schedules and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Works in all activities of the paint department.
• Support delivery schedules while maximizing productivity.
• Set-up equipment: prepare powder, fire oven, adjust equipment settings for quality, etc.
• Primary forklift driver for the department.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
