Job summary

BASX, located in Redmond, OR, now part of AAON, is seeking a dedicated Paint Department team member to join our growing manufacturing team. You will perform all paint department activities and help maintain production timelines.

This role includes equipment setup, operating the forklift, and contributing to quality and safety in a fast-paced environment. We offer flexible shifts, robust benefits, and a strong growth path within AAON.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Works in all activities of the paint department.
• Support delivery schedules while maximizing productivity.
• Set-up equipment: prepare powder, fire oven, adjust equipment settings for quality, etc.
• Primary forklift driver for the department.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
